The Brief

The Entertainer wanted more of its sales to come from organic search, in a market led by large online retailers.

The work covered how categories were organised, how closely landing pages matched what shoppers were looking for, and how many visits turned into sales.

What we did

We rebuilt the navigation around the categories that matter most. We removed over 40,000 discontinued products, so shoppers and search engines stopped landing on pages with nothing to buy.

Category and listing pages got shoppable guides, clearer copy and better-placed delivery and collection options.
