We have been shortlisted at the UK Search Awards 2026 for Best Use of PR in a Search Campaign (Large).
The entry is our digital PR work for The Independent Pharmacy, built around one campaign: Britain’s Unhealthiest High Streets. The winners will be announced at the awards ceremony on 25 November 2026.
The campaign
We analysed 419 UK high streets and scored each one on its mix of takeaways, vape shops, sweet shops, pubs, and gyms. That gave every town its own headline.
We launched the index in October 2025. Rather than retire it, we gave it a second run in January on a new-year health angle.
The Sun went further than covering it. They sent a reporter to the street our data named Britain’s unhealthiest.
Every release was checked by one of The Independent Pharmacy’s clinicians before it went out. We built that sign-off into a shared Slack workflow, so we could write a release at 9am and be in the news by lunchtime.
Across the programme, the work earned 175 pieces of coverage and 233 links.

Where we stand going in

Last year we won two UK Search Awards for our work with Riviera Travel on Cruising to the Top:
- Best Use of Search, Travel and Leisure (SEO), Large
- Best Use of Content Marketing, Large
In May 2026 the same campaign won Best Use of Content Marketing (Large) at the European Search Awards.
We are hoping November brings another good night. Fingers crossed for the whole team, and for The Independent Pharmacy.
In other news, we have also been named in the Prolific North Top 150 Agencies 2026. If you would like this kind of work for your brand, take a look at our digital PR services.
