Sound familiar?

Your best sellers run short of budget.

Spend spreads across thousands of products. The ones that make you money stop showing before the day is out.

ROAS looks healthy. Your margins don’t.

One ROAS target across the whole catalogue treats a 15% margin line the same as a 60% one.

Google Ads and GA4 disagree.

Each platform claims the same sale. In about 70 conversations with 55 UK businesses, this was the top complaint: 18 couldn’t trust or prove their numbers.*

Performance Max spends, and nobody explains why.

Search term and channel reports now exist for Performance Max. We go through them with you on review calls.

Google Shopping and Merchant Center

Product by product, so your best sellers get the budget and dead stock doesn’t.

Performance Max

Asset groups, brand exclusions, and search terms checked, so new-customer spend stays separate from people already searching for you.

Search for categories and brands

Ads for the ranges and brands you sell, built around the searches that buy.

AI Max checks

Broad match and auto-created assets moved to AI Max from 1 September 2026. We check every new search it finds against your margins.

Feed management

Titles, attributes, and GTINs fixed in DataFeedWatch or Shoptimised. Custom labels for margin, best sellers, and seasonality.

Comparison Shopping Services

Shopping ads placed through a CSS partner, set up with Shoptimised.

Microsoft Ads

The same plan on Bing, where costs are often lower.

Remarketing and audiences

Bring back basket abandoners and past buyers, and keep existing customers out of prospecting.

Conversion tracking

Google Ads, GA4, and your sales data checked against each other, then monitored.

Reporting in Looker Studio

A live dashboard, plus review calls on what we learned and what happens next.

Paid social alongside

Meta ads run to the same plan, with one team across both. Our established clients stay 2.7 years on average.*

A target for each margin band

01

We group products by margin with custom labels, then give each group its own ROAS target. Thin-margin lines stop taking budget from the products that pay.

Budget follows what sells

02

We find products with sales history that lose impressions to budget, and products that take spend without selling. You get a clear list of what to fund, what to cut, and what to fix in the feed first.

Profit data in your bidding, once it’s reliable

03

Google can bid on profit, but only with accurate product costs in Merchant Center. We check your cost data before any bid relies on it. As a key ProfitMetrics partner, we can send order profit into Google Ads.

How we work

Quarterly roadmaps, reviewed with you on fortnightly calls.

Agree the growth plan. Your roadmap sets out the products, categories, tests, and budget behind each one. We adapt it as we learn.

Fix the foundations. We check tracking first, then the feed, campaign structure, bidding, and search terms. Every finding is sized and graded by how sure we are, so you know what to fix first.

Test, learn, and scale. Each test has a clear aim and an agreed budget. The results decide which products and categories get more spend.

Monitor and act. We watch performance, budgets, feed errors, and tracking through the month. If we spot a problem, you hear from us with its likely impact and our next step.

Explain the decisions. You work directly with the specialist running your account, supported by an account manager.

Get more from your ad spend with data and CRO

Shopping ads need measurement you can trust and product pages that turn visitors into customers. We review both as part of your PPC work, and agree the scope, cost, and responsibilities of anything extra with you first.

Data you can trust

Our data analytics team audits, fixes, and maintains GA4 and conversion tracking, then checks it against your sales records. Every bid decision rests on numbers your finance team recognises.

Moving from a 2% to a 2.5% conversion rate means 25% more orders from the same traffic. Our UX and CRO team finds where shoppers hesitate or drop out, and recommends what to change.

Questions

Questions

Paid ads that sell products online, charged per click. For most retailers that means Google Shopping, Performance Max, and Search, often with Microsoft Ads and Meta alongside. Shopping ads show your product, price, and store before anyone clicks.

We run your Google and Microsoft Ads accounts, fix your product feed, set targets by product margin, and test where more budget will pay. You get a live dashboard, fortnightly calls, and a quarterly roadmap.

It depends on your margin. Your break-even ROAS is 1 divided by your gross margin. At a 25% margin you need 4x just to cover product costs, before shipping, fees, and returns. We work out your break-even with you, then set targets above it for each margin band.

Our fee reflects your media spend, the size of your catalogue, and the work needed. At higher spend we can agree a cap or a fixed fee, so your fee doesn’t keep climbing with your budget. You’ll see the management fee, any onboarding costs, and any separately scoped services in your proposal before you commit.

With read-only access to your ad accounts, Merchant Center, and analytics, we review your feed, campaign structure, bidding, search terms, tracking, and landing pages. You get a report on the main opportunities, blockers, and priorities, and we talk it through with you.

Google Ads (Shopping, Performance Max, and Search), Microsoft Ads, and Meta. We don’t manage Amazon Ads.

We assess your budget against the competition, your margins, and the order volume you need. Your audit gives an honest view of what’s achievable and whether the budget can support useful testing.

Our agreements are typically 12 months. Miss our agreed profit floor for one month and you can leave. We don’t work on performance-only fees.

You do, during and after working with us. You have access to your accounts, feeds, data, and reporting throughout.
