Due to the growth of the company, our inbound marketing strategy is picking up pace. With that comes an influx of new contacts.
As Sales Executive, it will be your job to reach out to these new contacts and qualify them as potential new clients, establishing important relationships. A professional attitude and phone manner are essential, as you will deliver the first personal impression of Salience in a lot of cases.
In addition to your regular salary, the role will come with a commission-based structure, meaning you’ll be rewarded for hitting and surpassing targets. You will, therefore, need to be comfortable working within a target-driven environment.
Responsibilities
- Proactive use of CRM system to follow up on leads from inbound / outbound marketing campaigns.
- Working with inbound marketing teams to help cleanse datasets prior and during campaigns to ensure that we are getting marketing materials to the right person.
- Qualification of opportunities and contacts prior to more detailed auditing and proposal work from the rest of the team.
Desirable Attributes
- 2 years of previous experience in telemarketing or cold calling to generate new leads
- Knowledge of digital marketing (search, content and advertising)
